RETURN POLICY

 

Please read the following to expedite all returns.

  • All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must be processed with 20 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • Returns may take up to two weeks to be processed.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • We asked that you do contact our office via email customerservice@tacgear.com or through your customer account to request an RMA number. This is not required; however, it will improve our ability to respond to your request. RMA should be clearly marked on the packaging.

  • We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or customer refusal.

  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. We reserve the right to refuse any items for any of the following: (including, but not limited to)

    • Damaged – tears, holes, scratches

    • dirt, sun, water, antiperspirant stains, makeup

    • Not in the packaging, defaced, tags not included

    • Items that have been tailored or altered in any way

    • Any items with odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, colognes, etc)

    • Wear and tear such as scratches or dents

    • Undergarments and socks are not eligible for refund

    • Products including any form of liquid must have prior approval before return. This includes gun cleaning kits, pepper sprays, gun lubricant, and cleaning products

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

 

A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account used during purchase. We cannot credit a credit card account not used during the initial transaction. If you received free shipping on your initial order, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE MERCHANDISE AMOUNT MINUS OUR SHIPPING / HANDLING COST.

 

FREE PROMOTINAL MERCHANDISE INCLUDED WITH YOUR INITIAL ORDER MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full retail amount of the promotional item.

 

EXCHANGES 

 

If you would like to exchange the product you will be responsible for all shipping cost. Free shipping only applies to the initial order. You may include the shipping cost estimated on your original order or we can charge your card for the shipping cost. All items must meet the above specification for an exchange. If your product is not found to be in original condition, it will be refused.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 

If you receive and item that is defective, the item must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of the product. WE DO NOT ISSUE CALL TAGS. Once the item has been returned and deemed defective, a new item will be shipped and you will not be charged a reshipment fee.

Tactical Gear Supply is not responsible for any damaged or lost merchandise shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt. All claims should be handled with your shipping company.
